Urgently Hiring School Behavioral Therapists in OC Up to $27/hr.

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking Behavioral Therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Therapists (RBTs) for the 2025-2026 school year within the Orange County Unified School Districts. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the educational development of students across Orange County
In this role, the Behavioral Therapist will:

Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions.

Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to manage maladaptive and aggressive behaviors.

Support students in staying on track with academic tasks, including homework and classwork.
-
Collaborate with school staff and supervisors to ensure students receive consistent and effective behavioral support.
-
Minimum 6 months of experience with ABA Therapy working with children, especially in Special Education settings

Minimum High School Diploma or College degree preferred
-
Full Time, Part Time, or On-Call Substitutes
-
Availability at least 2-5 weekdays per week
-
Flexibility between 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Here's what we're offering depending on experience and location:

Behavioral Therapist: $22-$24/hr.

Registered Behavioral Therapist : $25-$27/hr.

Flexible roles: full-time, part-time, or substitute work

Monday - Friday schedule - Holidays off
