A leading surgical services group in Dallas, Texas, is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Physician Assistant or NP/RNFA. This is a surgery ONLY position.

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no call or weekend responsibilities.

  • Surgical Time: 25-30 hours per week. Not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish early.

  • Responsibilities: First assist duties only. No orders, clinic or rounding required.

  • Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 based on experience. 1-2k quarterly bonus structure.

  • Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of robotics experience.

  • Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans offered. Malpractice and tail coverage.

  • Career Growth: PAs and NPs hold management roles within the company so there is room for career growth
