Temporary Shuttle Bus Driver

The Country Club of Virginia is seeking a friendly, safety-conscious Shuttle Bus Driver to provide reliable and courteous transportation for our members, guests, and staff. This is a temporary position (November-March) ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, engaging with people, and maintaining a high standard of service and safety.
Schedule
This position runs from November through March. Shifts are typically - 6:30 AM-2:30 PM or 2:30-9:30 PM, with a flexible schedule ranging from 3-5 shifts per week depending on availability and club needs (full-time or part-time).
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 12-15 person shuttle bus to transport passengers to and from designated areas
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers and assisting as needed
- Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and organizational policies
- Follow established schedules and communicate any delays or concerns to the supervisor
- Assist with other transportation or support tasks as assigned
- Must be 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Prior experience in shuttle driving, transportation, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
