Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team for a 6-month project. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Workday Finance or HCM programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience in managing full lifecycle implementations of Workday Finance or HCM
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration between finance, HR, IT, and business operations
- Proven track record in managing project budgets and financial performance
- Background in change management and training initiatives
- Own the full lifecycle of Workday Finance or HCM implementation programs
- Establish and manage critical milestones and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
- Develop comprehensive program plans including scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
