What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of Bonfe: Creating exceptional customer experiences using our top of the line system, allowing you to focus on meaningful interactions.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication.
  • Advocate for both the customer and Bonfe's reputation.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and career development.

Preferred Experience:
  • Customer service experience (call center background is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
