Job Description:
- As a Sorter Assembly Technician, you will join a dynamic team of biologists, software engineers, and automation experts dedicated to developing innovative solutions to mitigate the impact of insect- borne diseases.
Responsibilities:
- The Sorter Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly and maintenance of specialized sorting robots, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
Top 3 Responsibilities:

Assemble and troubleshoot robot systems, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.

Manage and account for small quantities of building materials, ensuring proper inventory levels.

Perform maintenance tasks on robots to address mechanical failures and proactively mitigate future risks.
Mandatory:
-
Proven experience in assembly, maintenance, inventory management, and operating equipment.

Ability to follow diagrams and work instructions accurately.
-
Knowledge and hands-on experience in general machine assembly and proficiency with common hand tools.

Competence in data entry for tracking faults and failures.
-
Keen attention to detail and ability to identify irregularities in component construction.
Desired:

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical and electrical components.

Proficiency in computer and controller operations, including the ability to operate an automation dashboard.

Experience in inventory tracking and management.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
