Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls with a positive, customer-first attitude
- Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers and internal staff
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization
- Support scheduling, job coordination, and team communications
- Deliver materials or documents to job sites as needed
- Assist managers and field teams with day-to-day operational needs
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for office-related support tasks
- Represent the company with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Reliable and flexible; a self-starter with a willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer functions
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
