About the Role:
Honda of Fort Myers is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our Upgrade Team. This position focuses on engaging service drive customers and leveraging AutoAlert and other tools to identify equity and upgrade opportunities.

If you’re independent, people-focused, and love starting your day early helping customers get into something newer and better — this role is for you

What You’ll Do:

Connect with customers in the service department starting at 7AM when the service drive opens.

Use AutoAlert and other equity mining tools to identify customers who can trade up to newer vehicles with improved terms, lower payments, or better features.

Build rapport and deliver a friendly, consultative experience that earns trust.

Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth, professional process for every customer.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of proven success in automotive sales.
A true morning person — reliable, energetic, and ready to engage as soon as doors open.
Strong communicator with a charismatic personality — someone who can talk to anyone.
Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals.
Experience using AutoAlert or other equity mining systems preferred.
Professional, dependable, and passionate about helping customers upgrade their vehicles.
