Job Summary
Lynch is looking for an Automotive Technician to join our team This year-round position offers full benefits, competitive pay, and great opportunities for advancement. The responsibilities include performing routine inspections and maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing, and resolving issues according to manufacturers specifications.

- Earn up to an additional $12,000 annually through the technician excellence program with company match
- Health Insurance, covering 100% preventative care, starting at $145/month for single coverage and $585/month for family coverage
- $0 copay through an independent clinic for Lynch Health Plan participants.
- 401K with a company match of $0.30 cents on the dollar up to 5%, plus a fiscal year end discretionary match that in 2023 was an additional 1.5%.

Responsibilities
- Routine inspections and maintenance
- Diagnosing and resolving issues on vehicles
- Full automotive troubleshooting and testing
- Building upon your knowledge of industry-standard tools and equipment
- Continuously learning new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay knowledgeable with rapidly changing automotive technology
- Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
- Maintains an organized neat and safe bay
- Experience as an automotive technician
- Solid mechanical skills
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Great customer service skills
