Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage and lead multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control, cost management, and adherence to timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate with project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and maintain project schedules, track project costs, and proactively address any budgetary concerns.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates, including progress reports and forecasts, to internal leadership and external clients.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • LEED accreditation or PMP certification is a plus

  • Base Salary: $125,000-$150,000 per year, paid bi-weekly/monthly.
