Business Systems Analyst

The associate in this role will use his/her skills to design, develop and maintain various reports that are in PowerBI, SSRS. The associate will also execute unit tests and work with the team on integrated testing work individually or as part of a team. The associate will also lead an initiative to convert existing legacy reports from SSRS to PowerBI or UIPath.

Job Description:
  • 3+ years of experience with generating complex reports using PowerBI.
  • 2+ years of development experience with UiPath.
  • 2+ years of experience with generating reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Oracle.
  • Strong Expertise with SQL language (SQL Server and Big Query would be an asset) such as writing queries, scripts, and stored procedures.
  • Experience with creating and deploying SSIS Packages.
  • Create complex reports to support business users and management requests.
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing to ensure software functionality.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts.
  • Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions.
  • The ability and desire to learn new things quickly.
  • Works independently with general supervision.
  • Proficient and advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to MS Word, MS Power point, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, MS Project etc.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
  • Functional Knowledge of Supply Chain Systems (WMS, ERP).
  • Experience using cloud services like GCP/AWS.
  • Experience with writing Functional Designs or Business Requirement document.
  • Experience with .NET.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Management or equivalent work experience required.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years' experience
