LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Manager in Richmond, VA. This is a direct hire opportunity for a growing and fast paced company.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full scope of human resources duties
  • Lead recruitment
  • Ensure everything is within compliance
  • Manage employee evaluation and performance review processes
  • Assist HR department with any needs and special projects
Skills:
  • Proven experience at the manager level
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must possess wonderful organizational skills
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years minimum of human resources experience at a higher level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems

Work Hours: 40 hours per week
