- Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off
Financial Package Overview:
Earn between $907.99 - $1,676.03 weekly, which translates to an annual income of $47,164.00 - $87,152.00, based on your experience and dedication. Your pay package includes additional compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, and safety bonuses, among others.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: Earn between $0.55 - $0.84 per mile depending on your experience.
Our commitment to your transition is significant—we provide a $1,800 Transition Package, which includes $1,000 to cover your orientation costs during the first two weeks, so you can focus on driving while we take care of the rest.
Home Time Details:
- Home Time: 3 weeks out, followed by 3 days off
- Home time may vary by division, but this opportunity is with Division 245.
Pet and Guest Rider Policies:
While we do not allow pets, riders aged 7 and older are welcome after 90 days of safe driving.

Requirements to Apply:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Safe driving record.
- No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years.
- A minimum of 4 months driving experience is required.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of truck driving experience.
- Background check and clean drug test.
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, as flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads.
