Westaff is looking to hire a Receptionist for a company located in Wallingford, CT
Pay: $19-25/hr based on experience
Hours: 9:00am-3:30pm Monday - Friday (flexible)
The Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Dispatching calls
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Billing statements
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize programs such as kickserve quickbooks, procore act soft, google drive, etc.
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers, including email and office software
- Experience with Kickserv Quickbooks, Procore Actsoft, Google Drive is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
