What You'll Do:

  • Show up on time and ready to own every job

  • Teach customers how to get the most from their systems

  • Handle routine maintenance like a pro—refrigerants, filters, and more

  • Install, program, and troubleshoot thermostats, dehumidifiers, and controls

  • Diagnose problems and fix them fast with your expert skills

  • Work safely with top tools and technology

  • Keep detailed records and wow customers with your professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

  • A driver’s license with a clean record—you’re road-ready

  • Strong HVAC experience & knowledge and a knack for problem-solving

  • Clear communication skills—explain complex tech like a champ

  • Comfortable using software to track work and manage billing
