Role:- ServiceNow Automation
Location :- Remote

Note:- Client is looking for strong Automation experience on this role with heavy ServiceNow and ATF experience(Automation testing framework ).

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow Automation Testing Framework (ATF).
  • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain automated test cases within ServiceNow.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and custom applications.
  • Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting for ServiceNow upgrades and releases.
  • Strong scripting skills using JavaScript within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external automation or CI/CD tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills related to ServiceNow automation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
