Practice Setting- Physician-led group under a PSA model with high procedural volume (average 14,000 wRVUs)
- No structural work required; procedures referred to Boise
- One hospital and one clinic site for efficiency and minimal travel
- Supported by 4 APPs, RNs, device techs, and cath lab staff
- Modern facility with 4 outpatient and 1 inpatient cath lab rooms
- Approximate annual volumes: 70 STEMIs and 400 PCIs
- Typical schedule is 7:30 AM-3:00 PM with half-day Fridays
- STEMI and general cardiology call every third weekend and one weekday
- Flexible recovery time following call
- Guaranteed base up to $800K for 2 years, with most transitioning to production within 12 months
- Earning potential exceeds $1.2M based on volume in a 100% RVU model
- Sign-on bonus, multi-year retention incentives, and community commitment funds

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
- Skilled in coronary interventions; structural experience optional
