Job Description:

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
  • The Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant will lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules, ensuring optimized workflows for healthcare operations.
  • The role involves requirements gathering, configuration, integrations, analytics, and collaboration with multiple business functions to deliver compliant and efficient SCM solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle implementation or enhancement of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement (P2P), Order Management (O2C), Inventory/MFG, Planning, and Logistics.
  • Conduct business requirements gathering and translate them into configuration designs aligned with healthcare supply chain workflows-from vendor onboarding to supplies distribution and serialization.
  • dminister supply chain application roles, manage setup artifacts, metadata, and enterprise structures in Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Enable and maintain REST/integration services for supply chain data exchange such as change orders and inventory transactions.
  • Develop supply chain dashboards and analytics (e.g., OTBI/BI Publisher) tailored to healthcare metrics such as inventory turnover, waste reduction, order accuracy, and regulatory traceability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical teams, quality control, finance, and IT to ensure SCM systems support patient care delivery, compliance (FDA, HIPAA), and financial oversight.
  • Provide end-user training, system documentation, and change management support to ensure smooth adoption of SCM solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation or advisory roles, with expertise in at least two key modules (Procurement, Inventory, Planning).
  • Proficiency in Oracle SCM Cloud deployment, configuration, and data/integration services.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare supply chains, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or clinical supplies.
  • Experience working within regulatory frameworks such as FDA regulations, validations, and serialization standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with experience in consulting or advisory settings.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud or healthcare supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare ERP integrations such as Epic or Cerner.
  • Prior experience in the Bay Area healthcare environment.
  • Project delivery experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
