A large real estate firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support its Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have HR experience, knowledge of payroll processes, and excellent interpersonal skills to help foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with payroll processes and employee records
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Managing employee inquiries and HR correspondence
  • Coordinating HR programs, trainings, and events
  • Assisting with compliance and maintaining HR databases
Ideal Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of HR experience required
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, approachable, and team-oriented
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office

Salary: $65k - $85k/Year
