Where You'll Make a Difference
- Proactively review project pipeline, flag competing priorities, and align with stakeholders to allocate resources effectively.
- Identify appropriate sensory, consumer, or cognitive methodologies to match project objectives under supervision.
- Execute or support execution of sensory and consumer research to generate high-quality, relevant data.
- Evaluate data quality (e.g., panel performance, consumer data checks, raw data cleaning) and maintain internal databases using pre-defined templates.
- Analyze data using best practices and extract actionable insights under supervision.
- Collaborate closely with IC&D partners to transfer insights and guide product design and development.
- Communicate and present research approaches and insights to stakeholders, including project teams, customers, and leadership.
- Harvest and disseminate knowledge and insights from internal and external sources relevant to your area of responsibility.
- Work collaboratively with technicians, associate researchers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure timely documentation and system updates, including archiving and database management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sensory Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sensory and/or consumer research, preferably in the food/beverage industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong project management and data analysis skills.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to refocus and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Open to exploring new ideas and approaches.
- Experience presenting insights to cross-functional teams.
- Background in beverage-focused sensory or consumer insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
