Job Description:

  • The Full Stack Web Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web solutions across insurance platforms This role demands deep expertise in frontend and backend technologies cloudnative architectures and integration strategies with core insurance systems The architect will lead technical design and development efforts for digital servicing policy management and claims platforms
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define architecture for responsive secure and high performance web applications supporting insurance workflows
  • Lead full stack development across frontend frameworks and backend services
  • Design integration strategies with policy administration claims billing and CRM systems
  • Establish reusable components coding standards and deployment models for enterprise grade platforms
  • Implement cloudnative solutions using containerization orchestration and serverless technologies
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory requirements data privacy and security protocols
  • Optimize performance scalability and reliability across distributed environments
  • Support agile delivery models and DevOps practices including CICD pipelines and automated testing
  • Required Skills
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React Angular or Vue
  • Expertise in backend frameworks including Nodejs Java Spring Boot or NET Core
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs GraphQL and microservices architecture
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Deep knowledge of insurance workflows including policy issuance claims processing and customer servicing
  • Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies
  • Ability to design secure and compliant solutions aligned with insurance standards
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in building digital platforms for life health or general insurance
  • Background in personalization analytics and customer journey optimization
  • Certification in cloud architecture or full stack development frameworks
  • Familiarity with headless CMS and API first design principles
