- Performing assembly tasks utilizing a variety of tools and machines.
- Working within a team to support safety, productivity, and delivery of high-quality products.
- Plan, evaluate, set-up runs needed equipment, saws, crimpers, etc.
- Review and ensure proper specs of crimps on fitting to hose.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and crimp industrial/hydraulic hose to industry specific.
- Tests and checks hose assemblies per shop procedures
- Communicate material shortages and/or issues to the production manager.
- Properly store and maintain all warehouse tools and equipment.
- Ensure a clean and safe warehouse and hose shop area.
- Attention to detail to ensure proper assembly and parts used.
- Efficiently tag and mark all hoses and ensure they are put in the correct location neatly.
- Operates and maintains all equipment in a safe manner and adheres to all company policies and safety rules.
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and observation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Must be a team player and motivated to learn with strong desire to take on a new challenge.
- Must be able to pass drug test screening.
