Project Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Richardson, TX Schedule: Hybrid - In Office Tuesday & Thursday

About the Role

Our client, a global commercial property management organization, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and lead cross-functional initiatives across IT, security, infrastructure, and construction-related projects. This role will manage projects from kickoff through delivery while working closely with global teams and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a strong project leader with prior experience managing IT projects, who excels at communication, milestone tracking, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from kickoff through completion, including security, infrastructure, IT, and construction-related initiatives
  • Manage high-level milestone tracking and overall project timelines
  • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
  • Provide weekly project status updates to stakeholders
  • Lead project delivery resources and provide guidance to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement project communication plans, including meetings, written updates, and meeting minutes
  • Ensure project data integrity, maintaining accurate, timely, and well-coordinated documentation
  • Track project progress against approved goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify risks, report variances, and develop action plans to keep projects on schedule
  • Establish and manage project deadlines and ensure accountability across project teams

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, including leadership of IT projects
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Exposure to Power BI
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Work Environment
  • Hybrid role with in-office presence Tuesday and Thursday
  • Opportunity to work on global initiatives within a commercial property management environment
