Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily care needs such as bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support.
  • Engage residents through meaningful interaction, conversation, and activities.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to meet all resident care requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment while ensuring resident rooms are tidy.

Qualifications:

  • Current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration.
  • A strong passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Good physical and emotional health, and free from communicable diseases.
