What You Will Do as the Resident Care Coordinator- Memory Care (Cottage Care Coordinator)
- Lead and Support Staff: Recruit and supervise Med Techs, CNAs, and Cottage Care staff
- Enrich Lives: Create and implement person-centered activities and life skills programming
- Coordinate Care: Work with care teams and community department heads to address resident care needs
- Oversee Medication Management: Monitor all aspects of the medication administration program
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar setting preferred
- Licensure: Medication Tech & CNA or PCA in good standing
- Senior Care Understanding: Knowledge and concern for the needs of seniors
- Specialized Care Experience: Aptitude and experience with Alzheimer's and memory-impaired residents
- Safety Awareness: Ability to work safely and promote a safe environment for residents
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage team processes and foster a team environment
