Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for our client in Spokane, WA 99204. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now

Position Title: Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Spokane, WA 99204
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Pay rate: $58/hr.-$62hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Perform respiratory assessments and evaluate patient response to therapy
  • Administer respiratory medications via nebulizers, MDIs, and aerosol delivery systems
  • Manage mechanical ventilation, including ventilator setup, monitoring, troubleshooting alarms, and weaning
  • Provide airway management including suctioning, extubation, and tracheostomy care
  • Initiate and manage BiPAP, CPAP, and oxygen therapy devices
  • Interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and adjust therapy accordingly

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • BLS certification (ACLS and PALS preferred)
  • Active Washington State Respiratory License
  • Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
  • Experience in ventilator management and critical care settings
