About the Role
We are seeking licensed psychiatrists who wish to develop or enhance their private practices. At Headway, you'll find the tools, resources, and support necessary to manage insurance processes efficiently while concentrating on providing exceptional care.
About You
- You hold a valid license as a psychiatrist along with your DEA or CDS number, ANCC board certification, a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance.
- You are looking to start or extend your private practice with the flexibility to control your schedule, client load, and working environment.
- We accept MD / DO licenses according to state regulations.

Important Notes
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role, giving you full autonomy over your practice, including the ability to set your own hours and manage your caseload.
- Currently, Headway only supports fully licensed mental health professionals. If your application is rejected due to incomplete licensure, you may reapply once your license is valid.
