What You'll Do
- Connect with business owners, HR leaders, or CFOs at companies with 25+ employees
- Share a simple value prop that saves employers $640 per employee annually
- Book discovery calls with a licensed third-party administrator (TPA)
- Get paid monthly residual commissions for every employee who enrolls
- Residual income that grows with each new company onboarded
- Completely commission-based (no cap)
- Confidence having light B2B conversations (script and training provided)
- Self-motivation and ability to follow up consistently
- No license or prior benefits experience required - just hustlle
