Job Description
- Oversee treasury functions, including liquidity management and cash flow forecasting.
- Manage broker-dealer operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Prepare and review financial reports related to treasury and broker-dealer activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide insights for decision-making.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements for the department.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies for treasury operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Treasury & Broker Dealer AVP should have:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Liquidity, Treasury and/or Broker Dealer products.
- A strong background in accounting and finance, particularly within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in treasury operations and broker-dealer activities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting findings.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
