Shift: Flex

Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour based on experience

Summary: Become a vital part of our healthcare team as a Behavioral Health Crisis Response Clinician. In this role, you will use your expertise to investigate, assess, and implement effective interventions for patients facing social, emotional, and economic challenges. You will be working alongside local first response agencies as an independent licensed behavioral health clinician to provide critical on-site support during crises.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Identify and prioritize necessary internal and external services or interventions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure compliance with patient treatment plans.
  • Respond in the field as a co-responder alongside law enforcement to assist patients in crisis, providing resources such as transportation, housing, healthcare, and social/spiritual services.
  • Supervise and train new staff, students, and interns to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment to navigate a fast-paced environment and address needs with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Service or a Behavioral Health-related field.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Addiction Counselor (ACD).
  • Be certified in BLS and CPI within 90 days of hire.
