Warehouse Operations Associate

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operations Associate, where you'll play a key role in building, stocking, and assembling engaging store displays using cardboard and plastic materials. Utilize various tools like hot glue guns, staplers, and zip ties in a collaborative work environment.
This position requires standing for the full 8-hour shift, and you'll be an essential part of a co-pack line team. Following instructions is critical, along with the ability to lift items consistently up to 25 lbs, with assistance available for anything heavier.
Enjoy the possibility of voluntary overtime during high-demand periods. You'll receive two paid breaks of 20 minutes each, and there is no designated lunch break. Our facility is equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, and vending machines for your convenience.
You'll appreciate the comfort of our climate-controlled warehouse Please note that parking is limited; arriving 10-15 minutes early is recommended to find a spot, and you may need to walk around the building to enter.
General Requirements
As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you'll have the option to enroll in comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life, and Short-Term Disability benefits, along with a Retirement Plan. All team members are also entitled to accrue and use paid time off.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working independently or collaboratively to pick, pack, and ship items efficiently.
- Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as instructed, with weights up to 50 pounds.
- Operating machinery and equipment safely as trained.
- Engaging in physical activities such as reaching, crouching, and bending as required by supervision.
- Maintaining a fast-paced work environment while on your feet throughout the shift.
- Being comfortable in an environment with forklifts, machinery, and large trucks.
- Adhering to any specified dress code, ensuring to wear closed-toed shoes and appropriate pants.
