Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team. We are looking for creative, analytical candidates who are eager to enhance current procedures. Your ability to accept feedback will help us improve productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads to drive sales
- Generate store traffic to support market success
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently via phone and text
- Support the sales team by creating sales leads
- Adhere to communication scripts for different topics
- Research necessary information using available resources
- Provide customers with information on products and services

Work Environment:
This position is based in a professional office setting, using standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for extended periods. This role is primarily sedentary, with occasional filing, requiring the ability to lift files and manage filing cabinets.
Schedule:
This is a full-time role with no expected travel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous office experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Experience in a call center or customer service setting
- Data entry and typing skills, including 10 key

- Minimum of two years related work experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
