Job Details

We have a full-time, day shift, working Supervisor position in Charleston, WV. The position schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm Pay rate is $15.50/hour.

Cleaning= 60%

Inspections= 20%

Staff Management and Training= 20%

Position Summary - The Supervisor is responsible for staff management, routine cleaning, and budgetary concerns.

Essential Functions

  1. Plans and oversees all custodial work, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  2. Must get along well with others and deal effectively with clients, managers, subordinates and site visitors.
  3. Cleans assigned account and fills in for absent cleaners.
  4. Additional duties as assigned pertaining to specific site or projects.


Preferred Qualifications

Completion of a standard high school or trade school course or equivalent combination of experience and training required. Must have knowledge of proper procedures for cleaning and maintaining floors. Experience as a custodian preferred.
