In this role, you will contribute to a mission-focused team that will support military operators and mission partners by providing high-level analytical support and strategic insights to optimize operations and inform leadership decision-making. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who excels at evaluating programs, improving organizational performance, and providing actionable recommendations in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • As a Senior Management Analyst, you will help guide the organization through complex operational challenges by applying your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and management consulting.

  • Conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend performance enhancement strategies

  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication and serve as a liaison among teams and leadership

  • Support the development of policies and procedures to drive mission success

  • Monitor project execution and support change management initiatives

  • As part of the Program Management Office, leads administrative and analytical support functions.

  • Supervising the entire CDRL management process, ensuring quality and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field OR High School Diploma and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

  • 9+ years of relevant experience in management analysis or operational consulting

  • Demonstrated experience conducting strategic assessments and organizational evaluations

  • Experience supporting military or defense-related organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related discipline

  • Experience with DoW or military operations

  • Familiarity with performance management frameworks and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard)

  • Prior experience in program evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, or policy development

  • Extensive experience managing complex CDRL schedules and requirements for a major program

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
