Our Toddler Classrooms serve ages 2-3 (3 teachers 16 children).

How are we different?

  • Consistent weekly hours without being cut when ratios change.
  • Stable classrooms. We do NOT shuffle children or combine rooms to maximize ratios.
  • Supporting teachers is Admin's #1 job.
  • Assistant Teachers (little or no experience in licensed childcare) start at $18.00/hr.
  • Teachers (6 months or more direct experience) earn $19.00/hr.
  • Senior Teachers (2 years direct experience) earn $20.50/hr.
  • Healthcare
  • Diverse and inclusive team and families.
The position is full-time and the schedule may be midshift (8:00 - 5:00), or closing (9:15-6:15).

Job responsibilities include:
  • Provide social/emotional, physical, cognitive support for a class of up to 16 students.
  • Ensure the health and safety of the children in your care
  • Follow all State licensing guidelines
  • Maintain a clean classroom with prompt attention to child needs
  • Be able to lift and carry children
  • Complete daily care sheets
  • Assist with curriculum delivery
  • Work cooperatively and respectfully with all team members
