Front Office OEMS Developer

Our client is seeking a highly skilled OEMS Front Office Developer with buy-side experience to design, build, and optimize order and execution management systems (OEMS) and related integrations. The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core, along with a strong understanding of enterprise technology stacks, cloud platforms, and modern messaging and caching technologies. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
OEMS Front Office Developer's Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and implement OEMS solutions from the ground up or enhance existing OEMS integrations.
- Partner with trading, portfolio management, and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
- Leverage C# and .NET Core to create high-performance applications that meet the needs of front-office stakeholders.
- Integrate OEMS platforms with enterprise technology stacks, including cloud systems, messaging frameworks, and caching technologies.
- At least 5 years of professional development experience in financial services, preferably within a buy-side environment.
- Proven track record of building OEMS solutions from scratch or delivering significant OEMS integrations.
- Recent, hands-on expertise with C# and .NET Core (modern frameworks).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology stacks, including cloud platforms, messaging, and caching technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
