Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Seattle, WA, for a Field Service Technician. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of coffee, water, ice, and kegerator systems at client locations. Additionally, the role includes conducting quality checks, maintaining inventory of tools and parts, and delivering prompt, professional service to ensure client satisfaction. Regular communication with customers and team members will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair, particularly for coffee, water, or related systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Basic mechanical or technical aptitude
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Prior experience in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry is a plus
