Position Highlights:

Leadership opportunity: step into a medical director role and drive excellence in anesthesia care delivery
Lucrative compensation package including a sign on bonus and annual medical director stipend (estimated base salary range of $525,000 to $575,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.)

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience as well as a successful track record of recruitment, retention, professional development and mentoring of junior staff. In addition, we are seeking a physician who has demonstrated ability in cross specialty collaboration through the implementation of protocols, operational and finance process improvement and clinical quality initiatives.
