Since 2002, Strategic Operations, Inc. (STOPS) has been providing training services and products for the military, law enforcement, first responders, and other organizations responsible for Homeland Security. STOPS is committed to excellence through state-of-the-art live action training support - employing "Hollywood" style special effects, role players, props of all kinds, 3D targets, the re-locatable habitat unit (RHU), and the conversion of shipping containers to create immersive training environments that are the most unique in the industry.
STOPS calls this type of immersion training - Hyper-Realistic® and defines it as "such a high degree of fidelity in the replication of specific conditions in a training environment that participants so willingly suspend disbelief that they become totally immersed and eventually stress inoculated" - all their senses tell them, emotionally and intellectually, that the scenarios are real. It is the ultimate in Theater Immersion Training.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated entry-level Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy hands-on work, and are ready to contribute to a variety of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction tasks, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, welders, etc.) as directed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies
- Help set up and take down job site equipment and structures
- Complete other duties as assigned to support project needs
- An ideal applicant will have 1-2 years of experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
- Basic understanding of safety practices (training provided)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hand tools or previous labor experience
