RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that fits their budget, lifestyle and other needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles offered at any of our 3 stores
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Personal and professional integrity
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Positive and energetic personality
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
- Willing to undergo a drug screening and background check
