Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient team in Topeka, KS. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care and support individuals throughout their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and establish measurable goals.
- Provide direct patient care using evidence-based physical therapy practices.
- Document patient progress, treatment, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and care teams.
- Supervise and guide therapy assistants and support staff as needed.
- Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).
- CPR certification required.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Competitive salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (DOE).
