Job Title: Part-Time School Bus Operator - Sign On Bonus Available

Pay: $18-$21/hr + benefits

Schedule: Part-time weekdays, Split shift (AM/PM), No nights, weekends, or holidays

We offer paid CDL training (a $6,000 value) for those just starting out, so you can earn your license while building a fulfilling career.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Safely transporting students to and from school programs
  • Operating assigned routes on time and professionally
  • Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Assisting passengers on and off the bus as needed
  • Adhering to all DOT, state, and district safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with 3+ years of driving experience
  • Safe driving record (no suspensions or major violations)
  • Ability to pass drug tests, DOT physicals, and background checks
  • CDL Class B with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements (or willingness to obtain)
