Tax Compliance Manager

They are on a search for a Tax Compliance Managerfor their team.
What You'll be Doing:
- Evaluate all federal pro-forma tax returns using Corptax and relevant supporting documentation.
- Ensure prompt examination of all federal forms and attachments necessary for filing the company's federal consolidation.
- Electronically file the company's federal consolidated tax return.
- Assess state and local returns prepared by the company or third-party resources.
- Review quarterly federal and state estimates as well as extensions
- Aid in preparing quarterly and annual US GAAP income tax provisions.
- Scrutinize the company's Income Tax account reconciliations monthly and quarterly.
- Assess assigned federal book-tax difference calculations.
- Examine deferred tax asset/liability work papers and balances for accuracy.
- Review work papers related to state tax reporting.
- Support in documenting relevant SOX internal tax controls.
- You have a Graduate degree in Finance/Accounting.
- You have 5+ years of US federal and state income tax practical and technical tax expertise.
