Your New Role:
In this role, you will assist customers by answering inbound calls related to auto insurance purchases. Enjoy a stable and cooperative work environment where you can learn, grow, and advance.

Deliver exceptional customer service and utilize your product knowledge to solve customer issues effectively and empathetically.
- Process orders and update customer accounts and records accurately.

Key Qualifications:
- Strong communication and active listening skills to build rapport and navigate difficult situations professionally.
- Sales-focused mindset with a minimum of 6 months in a sales role.
- A minimum of 6 months of remote work experience.
- Availability for extensive paid training: 2 weeks for licensing, followed by 3 weeks for product training, and 4 weeks for continued development.
- Willingness to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 7:30 am - 12:30 am EST.
- Must pass a background check, be at least 18 years old, and have a GED or High School Diploma.
What You Need for Success in Our Remote Setup:
- Cable or fiber internet service (no dial-up, DSL, satellite, or cellular).
- Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
- Ping rate of less than 100 ms.
- A quiet, private workspace free from distractions.
- Capability to be on webcam during work hours.
