C-Change is a program dedicated to transforming the lives of sexually exploited minors. We offer comprehensive mental health services, including screening, advocacy, clinical case management, and psychotherapy, to youth at risk of or have been victims of sexual exploitation.
The Bay Area is a significant hub for child sex trafficking. In response to this critical issue, WestCoast Children's Clinic (WCC) established C-Change, an intensive mental health program designed to help these youth heal. Our staff build trusting relationships with exploited youth, providing consistent support throughout their healing journey. Through therapy, youth learn to reframe their self-perception and circumstances. Our team also connects them with vital resources such as safe housing, healthcare, and educational opportunities.
