Job Description

We’re supporting several companies looking for Quality Engineers, Quality Inspectors, and Quality Managers/Directors - basically anyone who can help keep parts in spec and chaos to a minimum.

Depending on the role, your day might include:
  • Inspecting parts using tools other people pretend to know how to use
  • Leading CAPAs, root-cause analysis, and other detective-level quality adventures
  • Owning PPAPs, FMEAs, audits, and all the acronyms that make manufacturing work
  • Coaching teams on quality standards (with kindness... or strategic eyebrow raises)
  • Making sure documentation is complete, accurate, and not written like it was typed at 3 a.m.
  • Helping production hit goals without sacrificing quality - a magical balance
You’ll be a great fit if:
  • You don’t take “close enough” personally (because it absolutely is personal)
  • You’ve mastered the art of explaining tolerance stack-ups to non-engineers
  • Your favorite hobbies include preventing defects and saying “let’s look at the data”
  • You actually enjoy a well-organized audit
  • You believe quality is a team effort, not a department of “no”
