Vermeer All Roads in Manassas is hiring an Experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to assist our customers and diagnose, repair, and maintain Vermeer construction equipment. If you want hands-on work with autonomy, variety, and clear growth paths, this is for you.

Compensation & Schedule
  • $25-$40/hour (based on experience)
  • Production bonuses available
  • Full-time, no nights or weekends
  • Shop hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (flexible for field calls)

Responsibilities
  • Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment (shop and field) as directed by the Manager
  • Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
  • Perform welding/fabrication as needed
  • Recommend/document repairs and prepare accurate cost estimates
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service records
  • Stay current on industry trends and technical advancements
  • Communicate with OEM/factory for technical support
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, and hydrostatic systems
  • Welding experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel locally for field service calls as needed
