Through awareness, education, and support of restorative care homes, we empower child survivors to heal and thrive. Our passionate volunteer team is driven by justice, compassion, and the belief that every child deserves freedom and a future.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a People Relations & Rewards Coordinator to help build and maintain a positive, connected, and appreciated volunteer experience. This person will support internal engagement efforts, recognition programs, and overall volunteer satisfaction. You’ll help ensure that our volunteers feel valued, heard, and empowered to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance volunteer engagement and recognition efforts
- Help coordinate rewards and appreciation programs (e.g., birthdays, spotlights, milestones)
- Assist with internal surveys or feedback loops
- Collaborate with team leads on retention strategies and morale-building ideas
- Maintain accurate volunteer appreciation records
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and mission-driven collaboration
Ideal Candidate:
- Background or interest in HR, people operations, volunteer management, or organizational culture
- Warm, approachable, and empathetic communicator
- Detail-oriented and organized, with creative energy for team engagement
- Passionate about fighting human trafficking and supporting survivor care
- Able to work independently with minimal oversight
Time Commitment:
- 5 to 2 hours per week
