Child Care Coordinator

Bonus: $750 sign-on bonus
About the Role:
Join a two-person team operating a daily drop-in child care center serving children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old while their families attend court business. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and creates a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with center staff and maintain communication with the Director of Education

Assist and mentor new staff as needed

Work with the Assistant Child Care Coordinator to ensure safety and compliance

Participate in advisory meetings and assist with ordering supplies and snacks
-
Welcome and assist families upon arrival and departure, including paperwork and questions

Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging environment for children

Support daily activities and provide snacks

Communicate professionally with families, staff, and community partners

Arrive on time, ready to contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements:

High school diploma required; supervisory experience preferred

Successful completion of mentoring program (upon hire)
-
Up-to-date physical and PPD
-
Experience working with children and families
-
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
