Job Title: Senior Client Care Specialist
Job Overview: As a Senior Client Care Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and supporting complex member cases within our Pharmacy Concierge Services. Your role will involve effective communication with members, pharmacies, prescribers, and plans to resolve inquiries and carry out administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Establish, track, and oversee daily workflows tailored to client needs.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex cases by gathering, documenting, and researching relevant information within specified timelines.
Act as an escalation point for unresolved inquiries, effectively addressing and resolving complex issues.
Process and manage Pharmacy Concierge case inquiries, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation in claims processing and case management systems.
Utilize various communication methods including phone, email, and fax for all inquiries within the concierge program.
Efficiently manage work queues to adhere to specific client turnaround times.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GED.
A minimum of 2 years in customer service, including at least 6 months as a Client Concierge Specialist.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
Ability to thrive in and collaborate within a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn internal systems and processes; proficiency in multiple databases and systems is essential.
Flexibility to work a schedule that accommodates business needs, including weekends and holidays.
Basic mathematical skills along with general proficiency in PC applications, such as Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
Proven organizational skills and effective time management capabilities to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) through PTCB or ExCPT.
Two years of relevant experience in PBM or healthcare settings.
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing RxClaim and other essential tools.
